Moving on to Level 2!
In order to move on to level 2, a few things need to happen:
- Complete all the Level 1 training.
- Have a conversation with Sebo Leadership about your future at Sebo. Talk to the Fulfillment Manager about setting up a time to talk about this.
- Do you want to become an MC? If so, you might begin attending sales and retention meetings and shadowing client calls.
- Do you want to become a Marketing Specialist (on the Fulfillment Team)? What does that look like for you?
- Be up-to-date on all 4 Google Exams.
Do not begin Level 2 training until you have completed all the steps above. If you have any questions about these requirements please contact the Fulfillment Manager!
