The Goal: Improve CTR in Google Ads
What is it?
Seller Ratings is an automated extension in Google Ads. Once you qualify to show up, Google will automatically start showing your ratings. You can turn off seller ratings if you feel they are not beneficial.
If your client does not already have a review service or they don’t have review service that is approved by Google (Google-approved list), you will have to sign up for Google Customer Reviews program – it is a free service.
Customers take a survey after they buy something from your client’s site. Google collects the reviews on behalf of your client. You also get the Google Customer Review badge that you can display on your site when you sign up for the program.
Seller ratings are great for service-based business and e-commerce sites alike. You can display them on search and shopping ads. Product reviews can be displayed on specific products in shopping campaigns.
