How to answer the phone

  • You: Thank you for calling Sebo Marketing. This is (your name). How can I help you?
  • Phone: Can I talk to (so-and-so)?
  • You: Sure, let me transfer you.

Transfer to their phone.  They should take it from there.

How to use the phones

Transfer:

  • Phone symbol, Extension, Phone symbol
  • Send button, [Extension], Transfer

Park:

  • Park button, [Extension] #

Picking up Park:

  • Pick up button, [Extension] #

Park for Cordless:

  • Select Options, Select “Call Park”, Dial the Extension, Press “Call Park”

Picking up Park for Cordless:

  • Dial *88, Press Green Send Button, Enter [Extension] #

Hold (Your phone only has access):

  • Phone with Pause Symbol

Calling another employee:

  • Just dial their extension
  • Directory button, Contact Directory, Find name, Dial

Conference Call:

  • Call 1st number, Connect with 1st party
  • Push Confrnc
  • Dial second number, Connect with 2nd party
  • Push Confrnc again
