Often times when setting up a Google Ads account for a new client, you don’t have billing information yet but still want to get started on account setup. It’s not very intuitive, but it’s possible to skip the billing setup section and return to it later. Once you get to the billing setup page, just click “Cancel”. The following will pop up; select “Yes”
