Sebo plans to hire Marketing Coordinators (MC’s) that will work towards opening small Sebo offices in different cities across the United States, and potentially into Canada and throughout the world. We must hire intelligent and driven people and give them the tools that will help their clients succeed. Sebo has already started this process and the results have been very promising. During the first year of this program in 2017, we accomplished exactly what we hoped to accomplish. We currently have 1 “Satellite MC” who works in Massachusetts, and we plan to have a few more Satellite MC’s in 2018, as well as several Seboite MC’s (our MC’s that work in our Provo office) during 2018.
We’re continuing to move forward and very excited about our direction!
Additional employees will be hired as Interns, and then hopefully progress through the different positions at Sebo. All MCIT’s initially work from the Corporate Office to learn the Sebo Way of doing things. Eventually, they will be trained, and supported in growing their businesses. At that point, data will indicate the speed at which additional growth can and should occur.
