Potential Client Checklist
- Set up a time to speak with the client to address their needs and discuss services
- Get access to or set up a Google Analytics account for the client
- Try to set up Search Console and start tracking conversions, keywords, and traffic
- When applicable, discuss and implement Tag Manager
- Assess the data and decide which lever to pull
- Discuss the estimated AOV with the client
- Create a proposal for the client
- Meet with the client to discuss the proposal
- Close the deal
