Sebo plans to hire Marketing Coordinators (MC’s) that will work towards opening small Sebo offices in different cities across the United States, and potentially into Canada and throughout the world. We must hire intelligent and driven people and give them the tools that will help their clients succeed. Sebo has already started this process and the results have been very promising. During the first year of this program in 2017, we  accomplished exactly what we hoped to accomplish.  We currently have 1 “Satellite MC” who works in Massachusetts, and we plan to have a few more Satellite MC’s in 2018, as well as several Seboite MC’s (our MC’s that work in our Provo office) during 2018.

We’re continuing to move forward and very excited about our direction!

Additional employees will be hired as Interns, and then hopefully progress through the different positions at Sebo. All MCIT’s initially work from the Corporate Office to learn the Sebo Way of doing things. Eventually, they will be trained, and supported in growing their businesses. At that point, data will indicate the speed at which additional growth can and should occur.

If you get on this path and become an MCIT and then an MC, you eventually will work independently from your own neighborhood office, working one-on-one with clients to help determine the best path to maximum web profits. This is an exciting opportunity to run your own business, control your career destiny, and enjoy unlimited earning potential as you run a business in your local community.

Position Summary

Specifically, you will be trained to find new companies in your area that can benefit from Sebo’s services. You will teach the need for and sell ongoing website maintenance and optimization packages and services.

Once someone becomes a Sebo client, as their MC, you are responsible to maintain, enhance, and optimize the website over time, by following Sebo’s systems, software, training, support and resources. This is where you get the chance to maximize web profits for your clients, and it requires Internet marketing experts to accomplish that goal. That means you will need to become an Internet marketing expert. But don’t worry, our training programs will show you what you need to learn! Your effort and diligence in studying and learning will take you the rest of the way.

Your progress will be tracked based on the commissions you earn over time. We want to help all of our MC’s “stay in the green” which means your business is progressing on or ahead of schedule.

In this chart, this MC was right in the middle in Jan and Feb, then got into the Green in March and April. See how it works?

This position is a Sales Position, but it’s not a traditional sales position. You won’t be expected to cold call. We’ll help you understand many different methods of talking to new potential customers, and you choose the methods that are most comfortable to you. You’ll simply want to build relationships and serve others. Over time, business will come your way.

If you can learn how to actually help people with their websites, help their sites become more profitable, and keep companies happy with you over time, you have what it takes to be a successful Marketing Coordinator!

Building Your Business

As you progress to become an MC, you will learn a lot about internet marketing. You will start adding clients while working in Provo. Eventually, you will have a decent amount of recurring revenue and income, and you will then consider becoming a Satellite MC and move to a location of your choice.

Once you go to that location, you will continue servicing your existing clients, but you will also start making connections in your new area. Take people to lunch or go golfing with them. Join a BNI chapter or local Chamber of Commerce. Join Rotary or Toastmasters. Attend Meet Up events. Build relationships with business coaches, social media and video production companies. Through these activities, opportunities to help companies with their website will come up on a regular basis.

As those opportunities arise, you will educate people on how to make their website more effective. In some cases, this will turn into conversations about Sebo’s services. The fun part about this program is that while you are trying to build a local business, you already will have clients, revenue and a decent income! This is truly a unique level of personal service, and it is why we do business through neighborhood offices. We believe that educating people through personal relationships works for both our clients and our Marketing Coordinators.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right type of person. Make no mistake – this is a challenging career that requires great dedication and maximum effort. Becoming a Marketing Coordinator demands a unique commitment of time management, marketing expertise, lots of energy and personal drive.
