Where to Find GA4 Help
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a big tool, and nobody knows every report or setting by heart. The goal of this training is to help you find reliable answers quickly on your own, so you can keep work moving without waiting on someone else.
The key is to figure out what type of question you have before you start searching. Each type of question has a best place to look.
When it doubt, check Sebo Training first. If you can’t find the answers you are looking for, use the below resources as a guide.
Always add “GA4” to your searches. Google’s old version, Universal Analytics, was retired, but thousands of outdated articles and videos about it are still online. If a result mentions “views,” “bounce rate as the main metric,” or “goals,” it is probably about the old version.
