Off-Page SEO Task: Stan Ventures Link Building

Stan Ventures is our default link building vendor for new SEO clients. Unlike The Hoth, we approve every site, article, and live link before an order is complete.

Each MC has their own sheet in the Sebo Drive, all with the same layout:

Stan Ventures x Sebo (MC Name) – Link Order Sheet | 2026

  • Order sheet – Month Year: Where you place orders. You fill in the left columns, and Stan fills in the right.
  • Dashboard: Each client’s monthly spend compared to their budget.
  • Config: Clients and budgets. Only MCs edit this tab.
  • Discount % cell (yellow): Leave it alone. The MC manages it.

Each row is one link. Fill in:

  • Account Manager and Client Name
  • New/Repeat: Choose “New” if this is the client’s first time doing link building with Stan Ventures. Otherwise choose “Repeat.”
  • Client Brief: For new clients only. Add a short description of the business on their first row.
  • Target URL, Anchor Text, Niche/Vertical
  • Tier: The price fills in automatically. Make sure the running total stays within the client’s budget.
Tier Price
30+ DR & 500+ traffic $107
40+ DR & 500+ traffic $207
50+ DR & 1K traffic $247
1K traffic $107
5K traffic $157
10K / 20K / Custom Stan quotes a price per site

  • Use DR tiers when you need a specific DR range.
  • Use traffic tiers when you just want a strong link. The 5K tier often returns a DR 50+ site for less money.
  • Save custom tiers for special cases.
  • Mix tiers. Don’t order every link from one tier.

Mark each stage Approved or Rejected. When you reject something, explain why in Client Comments and let the MC know.

  1. Website: Reject the site only if it is obviously off-target for the client. If it is neutral or on-target, approve it. Also confirm its DR is in the range we ordered.
  2. Content: Approve only if the blog post is on-target AND the paragraph with the anchor text makes sense. Read the full paragraph around the client mention.
  3. Live Link: Is the link live, pointing to the correct URL, and using the right anchor text?

Place orders early in the second half of the month so there’s time for all three approvals. Then set a reminder to check back every few days.
