Potential Client Checklist

  • Set up a time to speak with the client to address their needs and discuss services
  • Get access to or set up a Google Analytics account for the client
  • Try to set up Search Console and start tracking conversions, keywords, and traffic
    • When applicable, discuss and implement Tag Manager
  • Assess the data and decide which lever to pull
  • Discuss the estimated AOV with the client
  • Create a proposal for the client
  • Meet with the client to discuss the proposal
  • Close the deal
